Help with The Sims

here ya go, best help i can
push the power button on your computer
allow windows to start
after the desktop loads, look for the MY COMPUTER icon
double click (not single!) the my computer icon
wait for that to load up
find the c:/ icon
look at it
double click the c:/ icon
look for the TEMP folder
if the temp folder is not to be found, RIGHT click, then go to create new folder
name the new folder TEMP
if the folder already exists, or after creating it, double click (not single!) it
right click after you are sure, and i mean SURE, that your directory is c:/temp
go to the create new folder again
create a folder named CD

try this, i think i made it simple enough
