Probably the audio bitrate of the divX is very low . To have a good quality audio you must use a bitrate at least of 128; 160 is great, more can create problems.
Two questions: 1- The sound in the DivX avi movie is good? 2- Before encoding did you uncompress the audio of the divX with Nandub or with an'other program?
