I have an HP CD burner 9500 series. I am researching now to see if it is compatible with the CloneCD program.
Geez, it sounds to me that to order 2 mod chips and then get them installed would be costing me almost as much as the systems themselves. Is this a right assumption?

Sorry if this next one is a stupid question - remember, I'm new to all this!!!

Would anyone or, could I trade both my new ps2 systems in to anyone who would then exchange me for a pre-mod system or allow me to pay the difference?
