problem: magic3 + V7 + pioneer dvr-105 + imation dvd-rw

I dont have any problems on the process of backing up games with my pioneer dvr-105 with nero on imation dvd-rw disk, and my ps2 load backups fine, but after i played gta vice city for a while, my ps2 just hang, then i tried to restart the game, after i played for about 1 hour, it hang again , so i tried nfs hot pursuit 2, no matter how long i play, it never hang, but i was doing the backup of nfs on a no-brand dvd-rw disk

do you guys think the problem is on the imation dvd-rw disk? has anyone tried the imation dvd-rw disk and had the same problem on any games? Thanks.

Andy

Andy, sorry to tell you this but the magic 3 doesn't like gta vice city/kingdom hearts and some more games i can't remember. Thats why they have just released the magic 3.1 to sort these issues out.

I've done a post somewhere on this forum labeled magic 3 and 3.1 issues.
Have a look at that.

Problem is, I've seen it happen with the original disks 2

Sorry it's not good info
