sure dude,
The magic 3 consists of only 4 items,
If you look at the chip, (I'm doing this from memory :S) upright so smily at bottom

You have the Ubicom chip (the Big Black 1)
30kOhm resistor (Top Left)
Resonator (Top Center)
and cap (Top left)

So basically what i think they're getting at is to keep wires away from the chipsets.
