Since its a bin and cue its not selfbooting and has 1 track.
U can try utopia 1.1 but it would be strange if this was the case. U can try to find an RGB fix (if it exist) for the corresponding version, also by trying palpatcher might help. U can make it selfboot with B2B autoboot (i use B2B+GUI from this site) which is a rediculous easy program to use.
