Are these good places to buy MODs?
Hi all,
I am thinking about ordering a PS2 mod chip and swap magic from one of these sites. Has anyone had any experience with either of them? (good/bad) http://www.modchipkits.com and http://www.modchipinc.com |

I havn't used any of them but tis trial & error! Find what appears to be a reputable/competitive supplier, make a small order then make your mind up.
If you get stung tell everybody on the forums. If you receive top quality gear at a good price, likewise tell everybody.

Hm... Is it possible to attach a solder mod in a less risky way? Like with a clip or something?

Even with the clips there is some fine soldering to be done.
