error!!!!!!!!!!!
hi guys i have pioneer 104 dvd-r and nero 5.5 dvd burner
and i use tdk dvd-r blank cd and everytime i try to copy dvd rom games error comes up saying [there has been a possible read error during the operation which way result in a defective write do you wish to continue to write anyway] thanks

1. you original disc could be dirty, try cleaning it
2. what version of nero? I use 5.5.9.0 and have no problems performing DVD-R backup.

Actually, I have backed-up many dvd-rom games with nero and I always get this message. I always click "yes continue" and it always produces a working backup. I have come to disregard this message. It seems that it does not affect the end result. This message is happening immeadiatly after you click copy right?? Try this and see if the back-up plays perfectly. It does on my set-up!

Just for the record I have the same burner and the same version of Nero. I have also used TDK media and they work great. Spendy though!
