1. There is nothing like DVDxCopy for Windows 98 users. You have to go through a very long process. You can read the guides at doom.net.
2. Check out www.psxcopyworld.co.uk for the basics on ps2 copying. Yes you need a mod chip. Downloading a swap disc doesnt work. A dvd+rw will usualy only work on your ps2 if you have a v5-v7 ps2.
