Could someone please post Civ 3: Play the World v.1.14F NO CD?

(I can't believe this is a whole new game after paying so much for the first one and now the second one.. it should be just an upgrade for all the ppl who bought the first one IMHO!)

The file at megagames is actually a backup CD file and doesnt work. am currently still having to use the original to start up
