why do u want to copy action reply when u will need the original to boot it ?

You can copy the disc with no problem, but you will need a direct boot chip such as the Messiah/Messiah 2, Apple, or Magic chips, to use the copy...

Can I just simply press "copy from CD" in Nero?
or any other suggestions?
