patching champ man01/02

i have not got clone
(cd writer not supported)
got the game & the patch, i am used to applying patches to psx but i believe it is not the same for pc patches
...any help would be greatly received???

If you got it at gamecopyworld, the instructions are rather clear....
No-CD Instructions:
Install the game - Full Installation.
Replace the original CM0102.EXE executable with the one from the Executable Archive.
Play the Game!

It isn't a patch but a straight swap of the game executables.
Patching pc games isn't like psx. You patch a cdrwin cd image (usually) for psx, but pc cracks/patches are applied to, or replace, an installed game executable file.
