Patching PAL-NTSC
Anyone know what program people use to create the PAL-NTSC patches....If the program is freeware or not, etc.... Any info is appreciated...

If you do the NTSC Fix isn't it true that you don't need the patch?

Yes... It is true.... I'm just curious (not just for myself) but for others.... There are alot of PAL games that patches are not available for.. I would just like to learn how to do it and what program to use to do it...
Same with PS2 dvd ripping.. I have no reason to rip, but I like knowing how its done...

I posted something in the PSX forum about creating your own ppf patches. Its one of the sticky posts. You could start there and see where it takes you...

Meantime, if anybody finds a PAL-NTSC patch for the following games, I would appreciate it.... Grand Theft Auto 3 Metal Gear Solid 2 (PS2 chimps patch doesn't seem to work) Aggressive Inline State Of Emergency These are full dvd PAL games. Looking for PAL-NTSC patch for the above.
