DVD backup movies wont play Magic 3

Is there an official site for Magic 3 so I could ask them...

I ordered a Messiah 2 but my supplyer could not get them after 3 weeks so sent a Magic 3 and they cant answer any technical questions as its the first batch that they have had. They will swap it at no cost.
