Having looked through several posts on this problem I would say that your burner is not able to handle EFM which is Safedisc 2, this would explain why you are able to use the CUE/BIN if opening them with ISO buster but as soon as you burn it doesn't.
Get hold of a burner which is able to do this and everything should work fine.. hope this helps
