To answer my own question
Go here ####://dailynews.yahoo.com Search BMG Click on BMG tests... Scroll down to msg board Read #7, #11, #12, #13, and #15. This came about because as you will note a person said the "crack will work" ,but will not do raw data so at first i said try it yourself if you can get said device, then i remembered a friend of a friend who had a recording studio.
