No one lives forever 2 bug help !!

When I start the game an error occurs:

CInterfaceMgr::Init(): could not initialize InterfaceResMgr!

and the game exits to the desktop. The support doesn't seem to want to solve my problem. Can anyone help me please?

if I update to 1.02 then will fix this bug ??
I want to have the nolf 2 1.02 fixed/crack to test is
