Looks like ur image is bad !
Try the daemontools fastdumpfeature : 1. ####t game from the original CD. 2. Quit but leave CD in the drive 3. ####t CDRWin and create an image of the CD (note that errors are skipped very fast) 4. burn that image to CD-R 5. Play from backup with Safedisc emulation active
