There are only 2 generic patches :
_ the "classical" one (A0 01 E4 03 A0 02 E4 01 A0 03 E4). Everyone knows this one and every patch tools look for it.
_ a "new" one, used for Ikaruga, but which can be effective on some other games

PAL Patcher looks for another non generic patch, based on some calculations. I know no tools that can find this one (this is the main reason why I developped PAL Patcher...). This patch isn't a 60 Hz patch. It's made for non PAL games that have a protection.

Since NBA2k2 and Evil Twin work fine on my TV, I didn't try my patcher on them. I don't think it will change anything since it's bound to be specific patches...
