I got the 2 DVD-R version of this and it does not appear to work! ;-((
Has anyone got got this and manged to play from DVD-R ? When I put it in it just sticks to the XBOX logo with the word Microsoft at the bottom. I have Xtender 1.1 and 8 gig HD. Its not clear from http://www.nforce.nl/site/nfoclear.php?id=17454 if this is a HD only version. When I browse the DVD-R with boXplorer I can see files on disc1 like default.xbe disc1_****0.** disc1_****1.** disc1_****2.** etc... and default.xbe disc2_****0.** disc2_****1.** disc2_****2.** But the original would not have had that as its one disc. Any ideas? Thanks Duggy |

You cant play from the dvd-r's
You can only play from HD. Make a folder using boxplorer called Metal Gear Solid 2 then extract the 2cd's to the same folder. You only need one (default.xbe) file for it to work. Just delete one of them cuz there both the same. Thats it.
