Make sure you have the very latest version of Clone Cd and then enable Hide CD-R Media - this may work as Hide CD-R Media now emulates the protection.
If it doesn't however, you can download a crack for your game from
www.gamecopyworld.com This will get rid of the Safedisk protection and you're game will run fine. For more info on the copy protections and how to beat them then read the FAQ in the PC Games section.
The main function of Hide CD-R Media is to get around the ATIP check (search forum for 'ATIP'), but it now also incorporates an emulator.
