I'm sure you PROBABLY can use smartripper.... I don't use it, so I cant tell you 100% for sure....
As far as burning "directly" EXACTLY what do you mean? DVD Decrypter just rips the dvd to the hard drive. I use IFOEDIT to remove macrovision, make region free, and all of the unwanted material.... Then burn to dvd....
