hmm, your xbox boots fine when the chip is on, right? Did you do it yourself, have a friend, or get it done professional? Burn evolution X iso or something like that with nero, if your xbox doesn't boot, then I don't think it will work. Also, you bought it Sept 6th 2002 in the US or UK?
