My .iml file of Gran Turismo 3 is just 16KB big and iml2iso doesn´t work.

I got this off some other Tutorial, try and see if works:

Use im2liso to change the iml file to iso. iml2iso should be in the same directory where exported iml file is. Go to start and run menu, then browse to iml2iso.exe and then click open. After that write

Command:[exported iml file].iml[name of the game].iso

Then click ok. this will take several minute.
