video files PLEASE HELP and thanx

I searched every page on both playstation forums but couldnt find it. I searched for hours.

Ive seen this before so can somone please help?

How do you put an mpeg or avi and watch it on a psx or ps2?

is it possible without a modchip?

im new to this so thanx for the help

btw, i wanted to put the avi on a cd-r disk and watch it
