Medivel patch 1.1 no cd-exe broken ?

If this is the case then my apologies for this stupid post, my only defence is that i have been able to open these kind of files previously and didn't note the change ( the file is in .rar format but perhaps newer version is required ). Will test it as soon as i come home.
