If you download the new patch, do you need a new crack to run it ?

Quality game, its like an Updated 3D version of USM98.

Don't know the game. If you're using a crack right now, read the patch readme to know if they removed the copy protection (sometimes happens, see GTA3 v1.1) otherwise you'll need a new crack for the patched version.
