OO7 problems loading

All my originals work perfectly

All backups work ok except this one 007

The game starts to load but freezes as bond climbs down the rope right at the start of the game.
Both the original and the Backup do this.

This is the second ps2 I have tried it on with the same result.
The 1 st one was a PAL version 4 with a Messiah chip
My latest PS2 is a SCPH39003 V7 a magic2 chip.

any ideas!
