Exclamation DVD's and Blockbuster

well i hear if you want to copy a movie from blockbuster its to bad. I heard that it makes a ring around the disc when u copy it. My first question would be is this true? also im wondering if there is anyway around this.

Its crap, People copy Blockbusters dvd's everyday. Nothing special about blockbuster dvd's.
