Correct. Sbox/Neokey was one of the first modchips made for the ps2. Back then the only real concern was for cdr backups since most people only had cdr burners and the dvd burning wave had not yet come across.
Over the years modchips have changed and have different codes and the Sbox/Neokey has been outdated. Tyler!
