Divine Divinity Fixed exe for 1.32 (Hotfix2)

i have tryed the 1.29 (a ka version 1), 1.31 and 1.32 patches but no luck.
i have the 3 CD-s copied... install went fine so i doubt that it is a CD prob.
the only version what i got to work though was 1.29(ver.1) gimpsRUS no-movie (normal) crack....
but for gods sake i want movies also...
1.31&.1.32 just give me a message that i should enter the CD, which i did, but no luck.
does the cd name count? tho i doubt that, what should it be?
i tryed LARIAN_DIV1 but the same again
1.29(movie crack) gives me a black screen, then comes back to the desktop.... i copied the static files from the cd to the harddrive... wierd...
does any1 have the same prob? or maybe someone with the solution.

ofcourse i installed the 1.32update before trying the 1.32crack...
and tryed the 1.29 cracks with the 1.29 version.
actually i have tryed every crack with every version...

i hope someone comes up with a solution, or a better crack
