If you actually bought the game you should not need a bootdisk.
However I am assuming it is a backup copy of Shenmue II so assuming it is and it isnt self boot, you will need Utopia Boot Disk v1.1

It seems Utopia Boot disk allows you to play import games.

Well I downloaded the Bootdisc that are on the DreamCast section of GameCopyWorld, but they are all standard on 60mhz which unfortunaly my TV can't handle So now the picture keeps flikkering like crazy and it is very hard to see what the bootdisc program wants from me

Anyone got a bootdisc which is on 50mhz?

The boot disc only loads and asks you to swap your CD, so even with a flickering image, you should be able to do that.

Anyway, most of the games reinitialize the video mode, so even if you boot at 50 Hz, your game will swap to 60 Hz, and your problem won't be solve. You'd rather buy a new TV...
