Yup, it's the region settings.
http://www.megagames.com/console/cgi...ideo_select_v2!rar for the video mode converter. But beware, your xbox will boot in the mode you select untill you change it back. Also, your t.v. must support the other region tv settings. (most PAL t.v.'s do.)
