Since this chip is outdated, I would suggest getting a "Direct Boot" chip such as the Messiah 2... BUT if you MUST have the NEO, here are some pics to help you out...

A neo 2.2 will not boot most EA games as well as no DVD-R backups on a v5 console or better, Like BG said you are better off getting no swap chip. If nothing else a no-solder is better than a neo 2.2.
