How can I make a .pss file from a .bin file???

Can somebody tell how to make a .pss (or any other files like a .irx) from a .bin file??? The dummy files of the dreamcast Dummymaker are .bin files. I want to make a .pss or a .irx of it. What must I do???

all you need to do is simply rename them with the .pss or whatever
ending
