no problem custard smart ripper 2.41 i think is the best program if you want to remove subtitles and that sort of crap i also use nero and dvd decrypter and clad dvd 2.0 and cladmdec all of which are fantastic programs and do some things better than others. i to am waiting for the newest upgrade for nero should be released approx 1st of november. hope you manage to sort your problem out dude
