Better sound system for PS2

I suggest a Denon 3802 or 3803 reciever and B&W 604 S3 speakers.
It's the best you can do in the mid range price, and it's ready for the future. The Denon is a full 6.1 amp and is upgradable to 7.1. If you choose another, DO NOT get a reciever without Pro-Logic 2! It makes all the old formats sound great, even crappy two channel stereo. Check audioreview.com for details.
