Uninstall PlayBackup as it's probably blacklisted by the latest protections - ie If it's found on your system then not even original games will run.

If you need an emulator however, I suggest you download Daemon Tools and update it regularly to avoid future blacklisting.

PlayBackup should have an uninstall feature that should clean everything up.
