Your burner most likely lacks any burn-proof features. When your computer cannot provide the data to the cd-writer when it needs it, then the burn process is forced to stop as it has nothing to write. Without burn-proof the burn proof fails as it cannot accurately pick up where it left off.

The reason you are getting buffer underruns is due to a few factors. Firstly, your processor is very slow and may not be able to keep up. Secondly, your hard drive may be very fragmented so finding the data to write may take too long. Run Disk Deframenter to fix this.
Ur memory is fine for cd-writing.
If you still experience problems after defragmenting you should either purchase a new processor or burn at lower speeds.
