bad luck for you. as with many non-US released games, there aint any noCD since no one really cares to make them. see the many unsatisfied requests for Arx Fatalis v1.20, Port Royale v1.20, v1.30 and Divine Divinity until v1.29, Gothic (you told us that you searched for it).
so can make a noCD yourself if you can circumvent the new securom version which seem to be a bit tricky, or you can wait till it gets released in the US. that --I guess-- wont happen so soon as Arx Fatialis although being a great game, is still too buggy to be published there (just consider the immense lawsuits coming if some guy's office pc crashed because of this!)
the third possibility is to take your original cd and make a ISO of it, clone or fantom, and use daemon tools to play quasi noCD
