Don't know of any places in Canada but you can send your PS2 to Bill @ Freedomlives.com and he could do the install for you....The price will vary depending on what chip and what version PS2....He does not supply ANY of the direct boot chips such as the Messiah or Magic 2, but you can get them from people on this forum....
