sorry...
Sorry , i'm new in this crack thing.
i already dowloaded this link, but when i extract what i downloaded , there is no Civilization.exe to replace my current civilization.exe but all kinds of other files to add/copy on my civilization directories. Does they cause my Civilization.exe to work eventhough i don't replace the civilization.exe itself ? what if my civilization.exe that i currently have (before installing the patch) is a cracked exe , would my game work after installing the patch and the crack that i doenloaded although i never replaced the civilization.exe itself ? please explain..... i need to know this

Now i've downloaded the file and it seems, the files are polish version.... don't know.

Are we talking Civilization 3: play the World? or just civ 3? cause civ 3: play the world only just updated to v1.27f like last week? surely a new patch hasnt just been released that quickly? if your meaning civ 3 (not play the world) v1.29f then http://www.megagames.com has one.
