Newbie, needs help please

Does any body know of a program that could convert VCD or MPEG2 files into DVD files?
I want to burn these files to CD-R/ CD-RW and watch them on my PS2.
I had it suggested to me that the PS2 would play them if they where in DVD format.

Unfortunately there isn't such a program, atleast not available to common people. U can convert a DVD (vob) files to MPEG2 or 4 or (S)VCD, but u can't convert them as vobs. my suggestion is that u get graphics card with TV-out connector.
