neo 2 doesnt no swap boot
from your explanations u have magic2 or messiah messiah doesnt support v7 from the ps1 problems i guess its a magic i think 1 of the batches had a ps1 problem but im not 100% on this but if u got v7 pal with a no swap chip its definately a magic 2 or a clone
