cdclone does work, but for me it took like 20minutes toy actually start reading the cd cos of its protection.

so your best bet is to let it go for up to 30-40minutes.

These are the settings i had:
Set to RAW DAO

Read MAX
Write MAX

Fast Error Skip enabled

dont enable anything else on that first page.
