Burning "*.iso" file format?

Hi:
can someone tell me how to burn s a file that is named like the following "*.iso".
What programs support this?
Note it is not named "bin or cue".

The first program to ever use bin/cue was CDRWin, it was also the one that used .iso as well.

And ? discjuggler burns .bin, too ! He didn't ask for the first program but for any program that burns .bin. If u like CDRWIN more fine for u ! I prefer discjuggler and thus I recommanded him to use it.
