Dead Easy:

1/
Load Nero and select for Audio CD COMPILE

2/
Put 1st music CD into CD ROM drive and drag & drop titles you want to the left hand pane.

3/
Repeat process for each different music CD from which you want to copy tracks

4/
Keep the CDs in the order you made the selections & put the first CD back in the reader

5/
Put the CD-R into the burner & hit the burn tit. At the end of each CD session, the just copied CD should eject and you put the next in sequence in. Click OK and it continues copying.

Details may vary in case you have selected to compile via hard disk - but it works the same.
