help for a troubled man

no my friend has tested them all and they all worked on his system......but when they all started to not work was when i bought a new computer and had to re download all the programs i used to make the games...like CDRWin and all that then from this new comp i have never produced a game that works
....about the type of modchip i have...i dont really no but i iwll find out this later tonight
thank u all for ur help so far but i still am lost on this subject.....may it have anything to do with patches
and all these games i have downloaded are able to fit on a 700MB CDR and none r DVD ..... in canada anyway
