Not with this flaw. I've tried this flaw out with Zonealarm running in the background and the files were deleted. (cos basically it happens through Internet Explorer I think - which will already have access rights).
M$ have secretly fixed it in SP1 - but most people running XP won't have updated to SP1 yet as it's a 130Mb download, so they are very vulnerable to attack from anyone.
