108dragon : the Megalex on isonews is ... ME !

I've found some codes by myself, but it's not for frequency, only to have some games work on PAL DC. That's the reason why I made PAL patcher. I added the 50/60 Hz function because it was "easy".

But now, I need help to find more.
If you know stuff, you're welcome !
